We hope you are happy with your purchase, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it within 30 days for a refund.
The t-shirt(s) must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition as you received them.
To be refund please send us a email to info@lufalufa.pt with your order number and with your bank details.
Once returned, you will be entitled to receive a refund, as soon as possible, 30 business days at the latest.
Shipping costs are not included and we cannot offer our customers a refund for the original postage.
All return packages must be sent with a traceable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for damaged or lost items in the return transit.

It’s not possible to make exchanges on the Online Store.
If you want to change the t-shirt or size of your article, you need to place a refund and make a new purchase on the Online Store.
WRONG ORDERS
If you have received a wrong or damaged item you must contact us indicating the details of what happened.
Once we have reviewed the problem, we will contact you with the steps you need to follow in order to make the return without any additional cost to you.
